&lt;p&gt;Not enough. But I have three 1 liter bottles in my kitchen now. I am aiming to finish off at least two of them every day. One before noon and the other after. It&amp;#8217;s a minimum that I&amp;#8217;m going to work really hard at to keep, now. I like the bottles because I can never keep track of how many glasses, and usually end up drinking maybe half a liter. &lt;p&gt;I&amp;#8217;m inspired by lots of girls who&amp;#8217;s journeys I see here on tumblr, but if I had to choose one person to by my biggest inspiration, it&amp;#8217;d be Hillary Duff. She went from being really normal sized in her Lizzy McGuire days to feeling the public pressure and getting way too skinny. But then she got fit. Really fit. And now she&amp;#8217;s just had a baby, and is working to shed the baby weight the healthy and slow way and standing up to the media about it. I admire that about her because she has to be in a pretty healthy place for that. Especially the standing up for herself.&lt;/p&gt;

There is a difference, though, between adding a bit of salt over a homecooked meal made from fresh ingredients, and having a high sodium intake from processed food. &lt;p&gt;To be honest, I really dislike this question. A year ago I would have asked where you wanted me to start, and I&amp;#8217;d have had a list mentioning something about nearly every body part.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Now? I&amp;#8217;ve tried really hard to accept the way I&amp;#8217;m built and focus on strengthening and defining muscle instead. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Do I want to change my legs? Yes. If I could, I&amp;#8217;d want them to be long and thin, with small calves and thighs. But I don&amp;#8217;t have long legs. I have lots of muscle in my calves. I carry most of my weight in my hips and thighs. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;So I can talk about how much I&amp;#8217;d like to change my legs, but the ideals I&amp;#8217;d built up are impossible for me to achieve. I&amp;#8217;ll make myself sick trying to get to a place it is physically impossible for me to go.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I could say the same about every other bit of me.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;So this question should really be &amp;#8220;Which part of you do you wish to enhance the most?&amp;#8221;. And to that I&amp;#8217;d have to say my self esteem.
